This notice explains how HealClub ("we") handles the personal data you give us when you register for Heal Club membership, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and (optionally) email address
- Your date of birth
- Your chosen membership class, and your membership dates and status
Why we collect it
- To register, activate and manage your membership
- To contact you about your membership, renewals and member privileges
- To offer birthday-month treats and other member benefits
Who can see it
Only authorised HealClub staff, through a password-protected admin area. We do not sell your data. It is stored securely with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and is not shared with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a member, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop receiving messages from us, at any time. Giving your details is voluntary, but we need them to manage your membership.
